The service
Italy Vibe is a concierge marketplace that connects travellers with independent concierges and experience providers. We curate and facilitate; the legal contract for each experience is between you and the provider delivering it.
Bookings & payments
- Prices, inclusions and availability are shown at checkout and may change until a booking is confirmed.
- Payments are processed by our partners (Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card details.
- Cancellations follow the policy of each experience, shown before you pay.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Accounts created passwordlessly via a magic link can set a password at any time from account settings.
Consumer rights
If you qualify as a consumer under Italian law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo), the mandatory rights provided by that law apply in addition to these terms. Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Liability & governing law
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by Italian law and — subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers — the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Catania.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current "Last updated" date is always shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
